Tarpanam Basti

This treatment is the bathing of eyes with warm medicated ghee.It is poured into a reservoir applied around the eyes made from chickpea flour. Eye movements are made during the treatment with the eyes open. Ghee penetrates deeply, relieves all tension in the eyes, cleanses toxins and improves vision.

It has a preventive and restorative action. This basti is followed by a facial relaxation massage.
