Hridaya Basti

It is a very soothing treatment that bathes the heart region with hot oil poured into a reservoir made from chickpea flour. It is followed by a massage of the chest region. The hot oil penetrates deeply thereby helps in stimulating and nourishing the affected tissues. This combination also allows more targeted effectiveness on painful areas.

During this treatment the oil is changed regularly to maintain the temperature.

This treatment can be preceded by an Abhyanga massage
