Greeva Basti

It is a treatment that bathes the neck area with hot oil poured into a reservoir made from chickpea flour. It is followed by a local massage on the neck region. The hot oil penetrates deeply thereby helps in stimulating and nourishing the affected tissues. This combination also allows more targeted effectiveness on painful areas. This treatment also promotes mental and physical relaxation.

During this treatment the oil is changed regularly to maintain the temperature.

This treatment can be preceded by an Abhyanga massage
