Chocolate is an invaluable source of richness in patisserie, as well as the wine in Burgundy : it awakens the senses and we willingly share it. Why not gather them during a tasting ?

Pairing 3 Burgundy Wines with 6 pieces of chocolate.

Designed hand in hand with a local chocolate maker in order to challenge your palate with the richness of Burgundian flavors.

In collaboration with Passion-Millot, confectioner and chocolate maker in Beaune :

Let’s yourself be transported by the typical aromas from Burgundy : vine peach, Burgundy blackcurrant and gingerbread, blackberry and raspberry, or bergamot orange, praline and caramel.

Duration : 60 minutes on reservation

A 6cl glass of wine, ideal measure for a wine tasting, will be served for each wine.
