Kati Basti

A hot oil reservoir made from chickpea flour is applied to the back. This treatment is followed by a local massage of the back. The hot oil penetrates deeply thereby helps in stimulating and nourishing the affected tissues. This combination also allows more targeted effectiveness on painful areas.

During this treatment the oil is changed regularly to maintain the temperature.

This treatment can be preceded by an Abhyanga massage
